General Questions

MinerHub is your gateway to the world of Bitcoin mining, simplified! We offer a platform where you can rent Bitcoin mining power through various mining plans. Our goal is to make mining accessible and rewarding. You can earn daily profits from your rented plans and also boost your earnings by inviting friends through our referral program.
Getting started is easy! Here’s your path to earning:
  1. Create Your Account: Sign up for a free account. It only takes a few moments.
  2. Choose a Mining Plan: Explore our mining plans and rent one that suits your goals. We have options for everyone, from beginners to experienced miners.
  3. Claim Daily Profits: Once your plan is active, you can start claiming your daily mining profits. Head over to the "Claim Earnings" page each day.
  4. Share & Earn More: Use your unique referral link (found on your dashboard or "Referrals" page) to invite friends. When they rent a plan, you earn a commission! (See our Referral Policy for details on eligibility.)

Mining Plans & Profits

Your daily mining profits depend on the specific plan you've rented. Each plan has its own daily profit percentage, which is applied to the amount you paid for that plan. For example, if your plan costs Ksh 10,000 and has a 9% daily profit rate, you'd be eligible to claim Ksh 900 each day. You can claim these profits daily for the duration specified by your plan (typically 20 days).
It's simple! Just visit the "Claim Earnings" page in your dashboard. You'll see a list of your active mining plans that are eligible for a profit claim today. Click the "Claim" button for each plan to add the profits to your Mining Profit Balance. Remember, you can claim once per plan per day.
If you make an M-Pesa payment that is less than the price of the mining plan you selected, our admin team will review it. When confirming your payment, the admin will update the 'Amount Paid' to reflect what was actually received. You then have two possibilities for your daily profit rate for that specific rental:
  • If the admin applies a "Discrepancy Profit Rate" (typically 2% per day) due to the shortfall, your daily earnings for that plan will be calculated based on this lower rate and the actual amount paid.
  • If the admin does not apply the discrepancy rate, your daily earnings will be based on the plan's original profit percentage but applied to the actual (lower) amount you paid.
This adjustment ensures fairness and transparency. The admin's notes during confirmation might provide more details.

Referrals & Commissions

Our referral program is a great way to earn extra! Once you sign up, you get a unique referral link. Share this link with friends, family, or your online network. If someone signs up using your link and rents a mining plan, you'll earn a commission (currently 15%) based on the actual amount they paid for their plan.
To be eligible to earn and withdraw referral commissions, you (the referrer) need to have at least one active or previously active (expired) mining plan yourself. This shows you're an active participant in our platform.

If you refer someone and they rent a plan *before* you've rented your first plan (or if you don't have any active/expired plans), any commission you earn from that referral will be placed "On Hold".

Don't worry, this commission isn't lost! As soon as your own first mining plan becomes active, any "Commission On Hold" will automatically be moved to your spendable "Commission Balance". You can find more details in our Referral Commission Policy.

Payments & Withdrawals

You can rent mining plans using two methods:
  • M-Pesa: Follow the instructions provided when you select a plan. You'll make a payment to our designated M-Pesa number and then submit the M-Pesa transaction code on our platform for verification.
  • Wallet Balance: If you have sufficient funds in your MinerHub wallet (from commissions or claimed profits), you can use this balance to rent new plans. This type of purchase also requires admin confirmation before the plan becomes active.
When you choose to rent a plan using your available wallet balance, your request is submitted to our admin team for confirmation. The funds are considered committed from your balance at this point. Upon successful submission, you'll receive a unique "Wallet Reference Code" (e.g., WLTXXXXXXX). Please keep this code safe; you might need it if you contact support about your wallet purchase. Once an admin confirms your wallet purchase, your new plan will become active.
You can request a withdrawal once your total available balance (which includes your spendable commission balance and your mining profit balance) meets the minimum withdrawal amount of Ksh 250.

To request a withdrawal:
  1. Go to your "Wallet" page.
  2. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
  3. Provide your M-Pesa registered phone number.
  4. Submit the request.
Our admin team will then process your request. Please note that funds committed to pending wallet purchases or other pending/approved withdrawals are not available for a new withdrawal request. For more details, see our Withdrawal Policy.
