At MinerHub, we believe in transparency and clear guidelines. Please take a moment to read through our policies to understand how our platform operates.

Core Platform Policies

These policies govern your use of the MinerHub platform, including how earnings are calculated, commissions are awarded, and withdrawals are processed.

Our referral program is designed to reward you for bringing new members to the MinerHub community. Here’s how it works:

  • Earning Commission: You will earn a commission of 15% on the actual amount paid by a user you referred when they successfully rent their first mining plan, and potentially on subsequent plan rentals as per any ongoing promotions or specific plan terms.
  • Eligibility to Earn: To be eligible to earn and withdraw referral commissions, you (the referrer) must have an active mining plan or have had at least one mining plan that has completed its earning cycle (i.e., 'expired' status) on MinerHub. This demonstrates your active participation on our platform.
  • Commission On Hold: If you refer a new user and they rent a plan, but you (the referrer) do not meet the eligibility criteria above (i.e., you haven't rented a plan yourself or don't have any active/expired plans), any commission earned from that referral will be placed in your "Commission On Hold" balance.
  • Releasing "On Hold" Commissions: Commissions in your "On Hold" balance will automatically be transferred to your spendable "Commission Balance" as soon as your first mining plan rental becomes active (i.e., payment confirmed by an admin).
  • Withdrawal: Your spendable "Commission Balance" can be withdrawn once it, combined with your "Mining Profit Balance", meets our minimum withdrawal threshold. Please see the Withdrawal Policy for more details.
  • Fair Use: MinerHub reserves the right to investigate any suspicious referral activity and take appropriate action, including withholding commissions, if fraudulent behavior is detected.

Renting a mining plan on MinerHub allows you to earn daily profits. Here are the specifics:

  • Daily Profit Calculation: Your daily mining profit is calculated based on the specific mining plan you have rented. Each plan has its own designated daily profit percentage. This percentage is applied to the actual confirmed 'Amount Paid' for that specific rental.
  • Profit Rate at Purchase: The daily profit percentage applicable to your rental is fixed at the time of purchase (or admin confirmation if the amount/rate was adjusted) and stored with your rental details. Future changes to a plan's general profit rate will not affect your ongoing active rentals.
  • Earning Duration: You can claim daily profits for the number of days specified by your plan (typically 20 days), as long as the plan remains active and within its earning period.
  • Claiming Profits: Daily profits must be manually claimed by you from the "Claim Earnings" page in your dashboard. You can claim once per active plan per calendar day. Unclaimed profits for a past day are generally not recoverable unless specified by a special promotion.
  • Impact of Payment Discrepancies: If your M-Pesa payment for a plan is less than the advertised plan price, an admin may confirm the payment at the actual amount received. In such cases, the admin may also apply a "Discrepancy Profit Rate" (e.g., 2% per day) for that specific rental. If this happens, your daily profits for that rental will be calculated using this adjusted rate on the actual amount paid. This ensures earnings are proportional to the actual investment confirmed.
  • Profit Wallet: Claimed profits are added to your "Mining Profit Balance" in Ksh.

This policy outlines how payments for mining plans are handled and how your MinerHub wallet functions.

Renting a Mining Plan:
  • M-Pesa Payments:
    • When you choose to pay via M-Pesa, you will be provided with payment instructions (our M-Pesa recipient number and the amount).
    • After making the payment, you must submit the M-Pesa Transaction Code you receive via SMS on our platform.
    • Your rental request will be marked as 'awaiting' confirmation. An admin will verify your payment using the transaction code.
    • If your payment is less than the plan price, the admin will record the actual amount received. They may also apply a discrepancy profit rate for that rental (see Mining Profit Policy).
    • Once confirmed, your plan status will change to 'active', and you can start claiming daily profits.
  • Wallet Balance Payments:
    • If you have sufficient funds in your combined "Commission Balance" and "Mining Profit Balance", you can choose to rent a plan using your wallet.
    • Your request to purchase using your wallet balance will also be marked as 'awaiting' and requires admin confirmation. The plan price is considered committed from your balance at this point for the purpose of calculating your net available balance for other transactions.
    • You will receive a "Wallet Reference Code" (e.g., WLTXXXXXXX) for this type of request. Keep this code for your records.
    • Upon admin confirmation, the plan price will be deducted from your wallet (commission balance first, then profit balance), and your plan will become 'active'.
  • Transaction Codes: All M-Pesa transaction codes are for single use. Wallet Reference Codes are unique to each wallet purchase request.
Your MinerHub Wallet:
  • Commission Balance: Stores spendable referral commissions.
  • Commission On Hold: Stores referral commissions that are pending your eligibility (see Referral Commission Policy).
  • Mining Profit Balance: Stores daily profits claimed from your mining plans and any admin-issued rewards you've claimed.
  • Net Available Balance: When initiating new wallet purchases or withdrawals, your "net available balance" is calculated by considering your current spendable balances minus any amounts already committed to other pending wallet purchases or pending/approved withdrawals.

Accessing your earnings is straightforward. Here’s what you need to know about withdrawals:

  • Minimum Withdrawal Amount: The minimum amount you can request for withdrawal is Ksh 250.
  • Eligible Funds: You can withdraw funds from your combined spendable "Commission Balance" and "Mining Profit Balance". "Commission On Hold" is not eligible for withdrawal until it's released to your spendable balance.
  • Request Process: To make a withdrawal, visit your "Wallet" page, specify the amount, and provide your M-Pesa registered phone number.
  • Pending Requests: Your withdrawal request will initially be 'pending'. Our admin team reviews and processes requests.
  • Net Balance Consideration: The amount you can request for withdrawal is based on your net available balance, which accounts for any funds already committed to pending wallet purchases or other pending/approved withdrawals.
  • Processing Time: We aim to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times can vary, but we strive to complete them within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 24-72 hours on business days). Delays may occur due to verification requirements or high volume.
  • Payment Method: Approved withdrawals are typically paid out via M-Pesa to the phone number you provided in your request. Ensure this number is accurate.
  • Status Updates: You can track the status of your withdrawal request (pending, approved, paid, rejected) in your transaction history.

Your privacy is incredibly important to us at MinerHub. This policy outlines how we collect, use, protect, and handle your personal information when you use our platform.

What Information We Collect

To provide you with our services, we may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Identification Information: This includes your full name, email address, and phone number, which you provide during registration.
  • Financial Transaction Information: For M-Pesa payments, we collect the M-Pesa transaction codes you submit for verification. For withdrawals, we collect the M-Pesa phone number you provide for receiving funds. We **do not** store your M-Pesa PIN or full payment instrument details.
  • Referral Program Information: We store your unique referral code and keep track of users you refer and who referred you, to manage the referral commission program.
  • Platform Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with MinerHub, such as the mining plans you rent, profits you claim, your transaction history, and your wallet balances.
  • Live Chat Information: If you use our live chat support, we store your chat session details (like your user ID, and the content of your conversation with our support team) to assist you effectively.
  • Technical Information: Like most websites, we automatically collect some technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and access times. This helps us with platform security, analytics, and improving user experience.
How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for several important purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain our mining plan rental services.
  • To process your transactions accurately, including plan rentals (via M-Pesa or wallet balance) and withdrawals.
  • To manage your account, provide customer support (including live chat), and respond to your inquiries.
  • To administer our referral program, calculate, and award commissions.
  • To communicate with you regarding your account, important service updates, and (with your consent, where required by law) promotional offers or news about MinerHub.
  • To personalize and improve our platform, features, and overall user experience.
  • To monitor platform usage, prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activities, and ensure the security of our services.
  • To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Sharing Your Information
